Compile a file to be submitted in two (02) copies to ANTIC:<\/p>\n

<\/i>Stamped application<\/a> at the applicable rate in force, indicating in particular the name or company name and the full address of the applicant;<\/p>\n

<\/i>SA sworn commitment to respect the \u201c.cm\u201d Naming Charter<\/a>;<\/p>\n

<\/i>The articles of association;<\/p>\n

<\/i>Proof of incorporation;<\/p>\n

<\/i>A certified true copy of the National Identity Card or any document in lieu thereof of the applicant or company\u2019s CEO;<\/p>\n

<\/i>A duly completed information sheet to be obtained from ANTIC;<\/p>\n

<\/i>A stamped and duly certified location plan on honor by the applicant, as specified in circular N\u00b0020\/MINFI\/DGI\/LRI\/DSSI\/L of May 26, 2021 specifying taxpayers’ location methods<\/a>;<\/p>\n

<\/i>A stamped tax compliance certificate dated within the last three months;<\/p>\n

<\/i>A registration certificate stamped for the current year ;<\/p>\n

<\/i>Proof of payment of the file study fees (50,000) payable to Afriland First Bank at account number 10005-00001-01330211001-56 whose title is Agence Nationale des Technologies de l’Information et de la Communication (ANTIC).<\/p>\n
